This building consists of 44 studio apartments, fully furnished and equipped with a hob, exhaust fan, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. In addition, all the apartments are equipped with a device that measures the quality of the air (CO2), monitoring it through the same. As an example, the bedside tables are air purifying.

This building has as other curiosities an energy community and a Co-working space.
