Bio septic tank. Self-regulating with a monthly seaweed tablet, so haven't had to empty it for 9 years now.

A few remarks:

Underfloor heating in bathroom does not work. 

Access to the house is an unpaved road (approx. 100 meters), however there are plans to pave the road.

Inactive well on the land, can be made active by connecting a pump. On the neighbor’s land (5 minute walk) there is a fountain open to use for anyone. 

The house’s two gable ends will be repainted white before sale.
