This restaurant is located in the center of Querença, a typical village in the Barrocal Algarvio. Very beautiful and prestigious building, always from the same owner, with a kitchen known for the traditional flavors of the mountains and for a family atmosphere.

Overlooking the village church square at the front and behind a stunning panoramic view of the Serra do Caldeirão, it has been the scene of many meetings of families, friends and lovers of the good fork for decades. Throughout its almost 30 years of operation, several celebrities and political figures from our country have passed through this space.

Owners with their personal taste and their unparalleled way of receiving turned this restaurant into a gastronomic reference in the area and the country, it was considered one of the best 100 restaurants in Portugal in the late 1990s. It was in this space that for the first time a meal is served in this parish.

Over time, the space has undergone changes, which initially was a single-storey tavern, today gives way to a space of three floors that can work together or separately. There is also the possibility to convert the entire space into another activity such as Hostel, Local Accommodation among others ... thus making the property more profitable to the investor's personal interest.

The building consists on the ground floor of two bars with two rooms, two bathrooms, storage, kitchen and a terrace with excellent sun exposure, overlooking the square of the traditional Igreja da Matriz de Querença.
