The apartment is located in the heart of the city, in the historic center, next to Braga Cathedral. With easy access to the main roads and public transport, it is a comfortable and welcoming apartment, close to cafés, restaurants, local shops, a market and a fruit shop. It is located on the 3rd floor, without an elevator, and parking on the street. It is fully furnished and equipped, so you don't have to spend any extra money.

The studio has 3 single beds, two of which can be converted into a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils for everyday life (stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.). The studio also has a balcony.

We also provide access to a washing machine for common use in the building.

A rental contract is available, subject to the payment of a deposit and rent, and it will be available from October 1, 2024.
